Wind-driven Tree, 2014

The works in this series are based on an old black & white photograph of a tree clinging to the edge of a cliff, taken by artist’s late husband.

The tree has been rendered under various climatological stressors: snowfall, acid rain, and wildfire.

Los trabajos de esta serie se basan en una vieja fotografía en blanco y negro de un árbol que se aferra al borde de un acantilado, tomada por el esposo difunto de la artista.

El árbol a sido interpretado bajo varios factores climatológicos: nevada, lluvia ácida e incendio forestal.
